Here’s some of our frequently asked questions;
All levels are welcome to our classes. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to class and speak to the instructor before class. Let the instructor know if you have any limitations and she will provide you with modifications as needed. Take class at your own pace, listen to your body and use the instructor’s modifications when needed. Remember to eat and drink before and after your workout to help your body recover.
You should always come early to class, but if it’s your first class, come at least 10 minutes early. You will have time to get settled in, meet the instructor and get a quick tutorial of the class you are about to take. If you are registered for your first TUFF class, check the schedule to see if your class requires boxing gloves and hand wraps.
We recommend signing up for all classes in advance, this way we know to expect you for class. If there are any last minute schedule changes, we will notify those who are registered of the schedule change. Registering for classes also allows you to create a workout schedule for yourself in advance. You can view your schedule by logging into your account. You can always cancel your reservation with 12 hours notice if needed.
